Während des 5-tägigen Camps bieten wir folgende Sessions an: Kickboxen, BJJ, Selbstverteidigung, Fitness Challenges, Yoga & Mental Empowerment. Ihr übernachtet in einer charmanten Tiroler Berghütte, in der es jeden Tag leckeres Frühstück und mit Liebe gekochtes Abendessen gibt.
