Our legendary Simply Badass Bootcamp in the Austrian
Alps is entering its 8th round! After seven years in Kleinwalsertal,
it will take place for the first time in beautiful Tyrol – from August 7 to 11, 2026.
This camp is pure Female Empowerment and a guaranteed confidence boost. You can expect above all
martial arts, self-defense, yoga, an adventurous trail run, wonderful nature, and pretty delicious food.
You can look forward to 5 days of good vibes and sisterhood,
from which you’ll take home memories and friendships
for life.

After a long search, I found the Bootcamp in Austria – my original goal was to push myself physically, but in reality, I came home with so much more. The camp was amazing – the food on point, simply soul food – training was great, and whether you are a beginner, advanced, or have no experience at all, everyone is supported at their own level. But the absolute best part is the community ❤️ I can only recommend this camp to every woman.
This year I took part in a Chinkilla Bootcamp for the first time, and I would not want to miss this experience for anything. It’s no wonder that some women keep coming back to the camps again and again! The two founders, Sarah and Dani, are 100% passionate and absolutely authentic in what they do. Everyone is welcome, the mindset is inclusive of all. I have never before experienced such a strong community and mutual support. Everyday life has me back, but I am still holding on to this wonderful feeling of strength. I wish every woman could have this experience. What Chinkilla has created here is simply breathtaking. I attended the Simply Badass Bootcamp, and it was absolutely amazing. Four days of community and martial arts. The house had a fantastic location, the delicious food was always freshly prepared, the team was motivated and so kind, and the daily program was just perfect. You could feel that everyone was passionate and truly loved what they do. Participating in the Simply Badass Bootcamp was incredible. It doesn’t matter where you come from, how much sport you do, or what you look like – the community that forms in the mountains in such a short time is incredible and gives you so much. The days are perfectly planned, not too much and not too little. Whether you are a beginner in sports or martial arts, or an advanced “fighter,” you will get the most out of it. Our offer
All women are welcome at this camp – from couch potatoes to fitness freaks, everyone is supported and challenged according to their own level. The exclusive number of participants ensures individual attention and motivation. The martial arts program includes kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and self-defense. And the cherry on top: fitness, morning yoga, game nights, campfire evenings, and an exciting trail run!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Welcome to the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our trainer will guide you through the various aspects of this popular ground-fighting sport – whether for self-defense or for the love of grappling.
The sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced participants, so everyone will get the most out of it.

Self-Defense
Since the first camp in summer 2019, there has been a self-defense session each year, followed by an Empowerment Circle. We practice effective techniques that are easy to remember and boost your sense of safety. That’s the goal – you should leave this workshop with your head held high and full of confidence.


Trail Run
One of the absolute highlights of the camp every year is the Trail Run. Set up like an escape game, you work your way through the beautiful landscape in teams. It’s all about team building, solving puzzles together, and tackling fitness challenges.


Yoga
Every morning at the Bootcamp, we start with a yoga session facing the mountains. Grab a coffee from the kitchen, breathe in the fresh air, and let both the exercises and the scenery wash over you. The perfect way to start the day!

Food
The chinkilla team takes care of all meals. The health-conscious instructors cook exclusively vegetarian and vegan dishes using fresh ingredients. Our team also accommodates your allergies or intolerances!
Every Bootcamp day begins with a balanced breakfast – alongside
whole grain bread, rolls, vegan spreads, and muesli, you’ll find various types of yogurt and fresh fruit. After the first training session, we provide a snack to keep you energized for the afternoon. Dinner consists of three courses, freshly prepared each day, with a focus on plenty of vegetables and adequate protein.
FAQs
Who can participate?
All women are welcome – from fitness freaks to couch potatoes, from beginners to advanced! Chinkilla is international – the camp takes place in both German and English.
How do I get to the Bootcamp?
The easiest way to get to our new cabin, the Foischinghof in Oberau, Tyrol, is by car. Once you’ve registered, you’ll get access to a Camp WhatsApp group, where it’s easy to find a ride with one of the other participants!
Alternatively, you can take a train or fly to Munich first. From there, take the train to Wörgl Hbf. From Wörgl, it’s a 20-minute drive to the cabin, which you can reach either with a Chinkilla shuttle or by car with another participant.
